How it all started...
Parisian Julien and Hong Kong-born Joyce met at university in London, in 2007.
With a common passion for honest foods and a dream of opening a chain of casual French dining, Julien and Joyce travelled to Asia’s fastest-growing market to create and launch their first ÔDELICE in 2012. The new concept quickly garnered fame for its friendly atmosphere, attentive service and non-pretentious French cuisine.
In 2013, Julien & Joyce met Mathieu who fell instantly for the down-to-earth eatery. As two Frenchies expatriated, Mathieu and Julien gripped right away. Mathieu went on opening ÔDELICE in Hong Kong one year later and joining the ÔDELICE Group as a co-founder of ÔDELICE in Hong Kong.
Rather than formal French dining, the homey atmosphere of ÔDELICE pulls you into the streets of Paris, where cosy cafés burst with indulgent aromas and laughter. Authentic and affordable, all-day dining ÔDELICE also feature dishes with local flavours loved by Asian palettes, cleverly prepared using French recipes.
