The original architect of ÔDELICE’s French comfort and quietly refined design. Still obsessed with the details that make a restaurant feel effortless.


Splits his time between big‑picture direction and the tiny things no one notices but everyone feels.

Joyce met Julien in London in 2007 and started building ÔDELICE

from day minus 365.
