Hong Kong born and raised.
Joyce met Julien in London in 2007 and started building ÔDELICE from day minus 365.
Runs the operations with precision, instinct, and a talent for solving problems before anyone else sees them.
High standards keep the backbone straight; logic keeps the decisions clean; efficiency keeps it all moving.

Victor Molina
Sharpened his knives around the world — Barcelona, London, Singapore, and now Hong Kong.
Keeps flavour and consistency front and centre — and isn’t shy about saying “don’t touch that recipe.”
